At First Church, we practice our faith together as a community while honoring that each of us is on our own unique spiritual journey. We gather to worship, learn, and serve alongside one another, recognizing that every person’s path with God has value and meaning.
We celebrate baptism as a sacred marker of God’s grace and our commitment to the Christian life. Infant and child baptisms may take place during any regular worship service, offering an opportunity for parents, sponsors, and the entire congregation to pledge their support in nurturing the child’s faith through teaching and example.
Adults seeking baptism are welcome to arrange a private conversation with our ministers at any time.

We celebrate Holy Communion monthly at our 8 AM service and bimonthly at our 10 AM service, as well as on special occasions throughout the year, including Maundy Thursday.
The Lord’s table is open and welcoming to all followers of Jesus Christ, regardless of denominational background. We believe communion is a gift of God’s grace meant to be shared by all who seek to follow Christ.
