For Youth

Children and youth are loved, valued, and central to the life of First Church Tosa. We’ve created safe, engaging spaces where young people can grow in faith, build friendships, and discover God’s love for them.

We offer programs for all ages during Sunday worship

Nursery Care

Nursery Care

(Infants through 3 years old)

Our nursery provides a safe and fun environment for infants and toddlers during Sunday morning worship. Caring staff and volunteers ensure your little ones are well cared for in our secure, welcoming space.

Sunday school

Sunday School

(4 years old through 5th Grade)

Children join their families in worship at 10:00 AM for the opening of the service and a children’s message before heading to their newly updated classrooms. Our hands-on curriculum teaches biblical truths in ways children can understand with both their hearts and their hands.

Pilgrim Fellowship

Pilgrim Fellowship

(Grades 6-12)

PF offers middle and high school students a place to gather for fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth in a safe and loving environment. Youth meet Sunday mornings from 10:15-11:00 AM, and on the third Sunday of each month, they participate in the full worship service with the congregation.

Covenant Class

Covenant Class

(9th Grade)

Our confirmation program prepares ninth graders to become full members of the church by “owning” our covenant. Students explore the Bible, Christian beliefs, church history, and Congregationalism and participating in service opportunities. Students then write their personal faith statement before joining the church.
