Several times a year, we gather to shine the light of Jesus Christ in our community by serving our neighbors in practical, hands-on ways. Saturday Serve events bring church members and friends together to make a tangible difference right here in Wauwatosa and beyond.
Past opportunities have included assembling bag lunches for people experiencing homelessness, completing home improvement projects for those in need, serving at senior living facilities, and much more. No special skills required—just a willing heart and a few hours on a Saturday morning.
It’s a simple way to live out our faith: loving God by loving our neighbors.
Every year, our youth and adult leaders join with teens from surrounding Congregational churches for a week-long mission trip in partnership with Hosanna Industries. Together, we improve the lives of people in need through hands-on home improvement projects—hanging siding, installing roofing, replacing flooring, landscaping, and more.
It’s hard work with incredible rewards. Our mission teams return home with inspiring stories, deeper friendships, and transformed faith. For many of our youth, this week becomes a defining moment in their spiritual journey.

A fun filled week August 10th-14th
9am-12noon
Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.
